Learning is not passive. It comes from experiences. I create learning experiences that drive growth and support success.
What I Do
I design and deliver learning experiences for corporate audiences. My work spans curriculum development, facilitation, technology training, and change management support. Right now I’m focused on AI adoption and enablement at a large financial institution, where I support a legal department of about 1,200 people across every level and function of the organization.
What I’m Doing Now
I sit on the education and awareness team within the legal department of a large financial institution, where I own technology and tools learning for the department.
AI is the center of gravity right now. I’ve delivered targeted AI training sessions both department-wide and as bespoke sessions for specific divisions, teams, and sections, with audiences ranging from small groups of 10 to 20 up to 500 or more. The content and the conversation look different depending on who’s in the room, and I design for that range deliberately.
The AI training covers use, tips, best practices, and the Enterprise AI Governance policy. I developed two versions: one for attorneys, which addresses governance plus how to apply their legal expertise when advising on AI-related projects, and one for the broader department, focused on policy, responsible use, and confidentiality practice. Given the volume of PII, CSI, and confidential information Legal handles, confidentiality is a core component, not an afterthought.
I also run a monthly technology update, training, and tips series, which I inherited and grew to 240-280 attendees per month.
On the AI Champions side, I co-lead the department AI Champions group of about 30 people with two change management partners. I’m also a participant in the Enterprise AI Champions initiative, which operates at a much larger scale across the organization.
I’m also responsible for all Legal implementations of WalkMe, the digital adoption platform. I build content from scratch, manage and maintain existing content, and coordinate with tool product owners across the department on their WalkMe needs.
TIAA
From July 2023 to July 2024 I worked as a Learning Consultant at TIAA, where I designed and facilitated career development programs for associates. I guided 31 associates across 4 cohort groups through a 6-week program that prepared them for new roles within the organization. The work included scenario-based learning, assessment tools, coaching, and resume and interview preparation.
Early Corporate Work
At Piedmont Plastics I led a sales training initiative that drove measurable margin improvement, redesigned the L&D SharePoint to improve visibility of learning opportunities, and built the infrastructure to manage training requests across the company. When the pandemic hit in 2020 I designed and implemented the pivot to virtual learning. After that, at Amerit Fleet Solutions, I managed the ASE certification program for automotive technicians, overseeing communication, data reporting, and third-party coordination to increase the number of certified technicians across the organization.
