Program Management

Posted on By No Comments on Program Management

As a Learning Consultant, Learning and Development Program Manager, and Learning Architect I have demonstrated exceptional program management skills. I not only designed the development program and the financial institution I work for, I managed the program as well. Helping to guide and support associates as they completed their training, I coordinated SMEs and the program team to ensure adequate support and implementation of program components. My leadership in increasing certification rates for technicians and leading sales margin improvement initiatives reflects my strategic vision and effectiveness in implementing, monitoring, and enhancing professional learning programs. My work has led to significant organizational improvements, including career growth, improved performance, and sales margin growth. I manage multiple priorities with finesse, partner effectively with SMEs, and align solutions with organizational goals, establishing myself as a seasoned leader in program management within the learning and development arena.

Teaching and Program Management

Curriculum Development Expertise: Developing curricula for various subjects and grade levels has provided me with a solid foundation in curriculum development, a key component of program management. I can oversee the creation of comprehensive training programs that are coherent, sequenced, and aligned with overarching objectives. My experience ensures that all program components work together seamlessly to achieve desired outcomes.

Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Teaching has taught me to be adaptable and innovative, skills that are invaluable in program management. I am adept at adjusting strategies in response to challenges and feedback. This flexibility allows me to navigate the complexities of program management effectively, ensuring programs are responsive to the needs of the organization and its participants.
